These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the use of the "Plat du Jour" website and platform (referred to as "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, users agree to be bound by these T&C, which are intended to form a legally binding contract between the Service and its users, including visitors, customers, and subscribing restaurants.. 

Use of Service

  • Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older to use our Service.

  • License to Use: We grant users a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for personal or business purposes as intended.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Users must not misuse the Service, including engaging in fraudulent activities, violating intellectual property rights, or disrupting Service operations.

Subscription Model for Restaurants

  • Subscription Agreement: Restaurants agree to a recurring subscription fee for listing their menus and offerings on the Service.

  • Payment Terms: Fees are due as per the agreed schedule and non-payment may result in service suspension.

  • Content Responsibility : Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their menu listings and any promotional content.

User Responsibilities

  • Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

  • Accuracy of Information: Users agree to provide accurate and current information for all interactions with the Service.

  • Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Switzerland.

 Intellectual Property

 

  • Ownership: All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the service owner or its content suppliers and is protected by Swiss and international copyright laws.

  • Use of Material: Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the Service's content without prior written permission.

 Limitation of Liability

  • Service Provision: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

  • Damages:  will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
